Ground Floor

Down stairs there is a master bedroom with an adjacent full sized bathroom featuring a twin shower. Your bed has been made up with freshly laundered linen and there is even a built in wardrobe.
Further down the hallway you will enter the full size kitchen equipped with ample appliances and utensils for the number of guests in your travelling party. There is a stainless steel Smeg cook top and oven, microwave, full size fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, wine glasses and we have even catered for the little ones with plastic plates, bowls and cups.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining room and a living room with leather couches and a TV. In this room there is floor to ceiling glass allowing guests to take in the spectacular views and the doors open out to the downstairs courtyard. 
The courtyard is undercover, private and contains outside dining furniture and a large BBQ. There are uninterrupted 180 degree views of the valley extending to the mountain range.
Completing this floor there is a laundry with washing machine, iron and ironing board. Split system heating and cooling has been provided on both floors for added comfort.
 
 

 

Upstairs

 

The upstairs of our Halls Gap accommodation greets you with a large living area with gas log fire, a wide screen TV, DVD and Stereo system. This living room also has floor to ceiling glass and opens up onto a balcony.

Moving down the hall way there is a second full size bathroom. This bathroom has the added feature of a spa bath allowing you to soak away the aches and pains. There is even a glass viewing window.
Finally there are 2 more bedrooms upstairs. The main room has a balcony and a wardrobe and the other either has 2 single beds or 2 sets of bunks. Linen and towels have been provided for all guests.
 
All our Grampians accommodation has neutral décor and solid jarrah timber flooring throughout. It is private and peaceful. Tea and coffee has been provided as well as enough milk to get you started. We have even provided a small collection of DVD’s, books and board games.
